Welcoming New Members with Open Arms

Starting a new job can be both exciting and challenging, which is why we are committed to ensuring our new joiners feel supported from the moment they join. Our newly joined employees, for example, in the estate, will be equipped with a starter kit with essential tools, along with sembako — a package of basic food supplies to help them settle in comfortably. We also open our arms to family members of our new employees to start their careers here in our estates. Our estates have facilities such as a child care center, kindergarten, school, and clinics for our employees and their family welfare. These initiatives reflect our dedication to their well-being and underscore our responsibility to support their smooth transition into the company.

2024

Supporting Rugby, Supporting the Planet! As part of our commitment to both sport and sustainability, a portion of the donations goes toward tree planting efforts.
Sponsorship of 5000kg of rice to FoodBank Malaysia, this contribution will help provide essential nourishment to those in need, making a meaningful difference in our community.

TSH has contributed a total of RM100,000 to Penang Adventist Hospital Charity Funds in July. The charity funds serve to provide free or subsidized medical treatment to the needy patients.

Total donation of RM43,161.66 made to Shelter Home to assist in providing essential support and resources to the vulnerable children and families.

TSH contributed RM20,000 in supporting Persatuan Kebajikan OKU Hati Berganda Selangor to provide accommodation and special cares to the disabled individual.

TSH donated RM30,000 to Pusat Kreatif Kanak-kanak Tuanku Bainun in July to support the non-profit center in developing potentials and inherent talents of the underprivileged children through creative programmes.

TSH has donated a sum of RM20,000 to Pertubuhan Pengurusan Pusat Jagaan 1 Malaysia, Perak on May 21st to assist in providing care and support for orphans and children in need.

TSH contributed RM50,000 to Hospital Fatimah showcases a dedication to improving healthcare services, potentially aiding in the acquisition of medical equipment or assisting patients in need on February 5th.
TSH has donated a van to Assunta Integrated Social Services (ASSISS), a charitable arm of Assunta Hospital Petaling Jaya in April 2024 to enhance their fleet mobility in reaching out to the underprivileged community, ensuring patients in need receive timely medical attention.

TSH donated RM50,000 to Persatuan Kebajikan Ti-Ratana in July to assist the association with welfare initiatives and upkeep of their cluster houses for the underprivileged and needy.

TSH has donated RM50,000 to Tung Shin Hospital on May 21st to help provide quality medical care for underprivileged patients to gain access to healthcare in the form of financial assistance.
TSH donated to Assunta Hospital on February 5th underscores a commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure and services, reflecting a recognition of the pivotal role medical institutions play in community well-being.
